A year later, Bears' Ben Johnson has been 'everything that Chicago’s needed as a coach'

I think this is a huge win for the franchise! Ben Johnson has brought a much-needed sense of calm and confidence to the team 🙌. His emphasis on trust and respect over fear and intimidation has totally changed the dynamic around here. Players are finally feeling like they can make mistakes without getting torn apart, which is amazing to see 👏. Of course, there's still work to be done, but I'm so excited for what's next season holds! The Bears are playing some of the best football in years and it's totally justified by Johnson's leadership 🤩.
 
I don’t usually comment but I think what's really interesting is how Ben Johnson's coaching style has changed the vibe around the team... he's all about creating a safe space for his players to make mistakes and learn from them 🤝. And it's crazy to think that last year's 11-6 record was just the beginning – they've got so much potential with Caleb Williams, DJ Moore, and Rome Odunze on board... if they can figure out their defense, they could be a real force to be reckoned with in the NFL 🏈.
 
I'm not buying all this hype around Ben Johnson just yet 🤔. I mean don't get me wrong, he's done a solid job turning the Bears' season around, but let's not forget they still lost in the playoffs 🏈. It's easy to talk about leadership and chemistry when you're winning, but how's it going to translate when things get tough? And what about the defense? They still have some major issues 🚫. I'm all for optimism, but I think people are getting ahead of themselves here 😊. Can't wait to see if they can sustain this momentum and take on the league's top teams next season 👀.
 
🤔 I think its crazy how ben johnson went from being this coach nobody knows to a leader who can make his players wanna play 110%. hes got a way of getting under peoples skin without making them hate him... its like he knows just when to push em hard enough but not too much 🤑 and i love that hes building relationships with his players instead of being all tough all the time. its weird how some coaches can win games but still suck as ppl 🤷‍♂️

so yeah ben johnson is the real deal now 🙌 and i think the bears have a shot at making it to the super bowl next year. theyve got the talent and theyre finally on the right track 👍
