Dense Fog to Return to Bay Area Interior Valley Areas Overnight, According to AccuWeather Forecast
A morning fog lingered in some interior valley locations in the North Bay and East Bay on Wednesday, resulting in a noticeably cooler day compared to yesterday. High temperatures were limited to mid-to-upper 50s across the Bay Area due to high clouds that inhibited daytime warming.
Looking ahead, the next few days are expected to see a slight increase in high clouds with continued minor cooling, but temperatures will remain near or slightly above average for late January.
In terms of temperature forecasts, here's what we can expect:
- East Bay: High temperatures were forecasted to reach 57°F (14°C) by mid-morning.
- Inland East Bay: Temperatures in this region are expected to reach as high as 55°F (13°C).

like what even is the deal with california weather lol? can't we just have one normal day without the mist? anyway, 55 degrees sounds kinda nice 
i guess its good to know its not gonna be too bad for commuters. fingers crossed they get through the night without any crazy foggy issues 
, just cant see more than a few feet in front of me, feels like im stuck in some sci fi movie...anyways, think they should warn ppl a bit earlier about the fog, dont wanna be caught off guard on my way to work

. Think about it, they're saying it's just gonna linger around and affect our daily lives, but what if it's more than that? What if it's a way to keep us from going outside and enjoying the fresh air? Or maybe it's a cover-up for something else... like a mysterious storm brewing in the distance 
. And don't even get me started on the temperature forecast, all these minor cooling trends just sound too perfect, if you ask me 
. I'm not buying it, there's gotta be more to this foggy weather than meets the eye

... I mean, have you ever noticed how some pizzas are way too loaded with toppings? Like, can't we just keep it simple with some good ol' melted mozzarella and a sprinkle of basil? My friend's sister just got back from Italy and said they do it totally differently there – all about the flavors, not the overload. Anyway, fog in the Bay Area, yeah, that sounds pretty miserable 
what are their source metrics again? Are they even using satellites or just some fancy computer model? 
I need to see more data on this one...
anyone have any tips on how to deal with this fog? like, is it even worth venturing out of the house?
just make sure i can still get to work on time without getting lost in the mist
... i mean, i know it's not all bad since it means cooler temps, but still can't believe we're getting hit with dense fog again just as things are starting to feel like summer out here. remember when the summer was finally over and we could finally wear shorts without freezing? now it feels like we're right back where we started
