I'm kinda surprised by this move from Amazon Games, especially since New World was doing pretty well in terms of player count 
. I mean, it still has that huge following and is considered one of the better games in the genre right now. It's like they're just... done with it 
. I guess sustainability reasons are a thing now? Like, I get it, the gaming industry can be pretty pricey to keep going, but you'd think they'd want to stick around for a bit longer

but Amazon just seems so done with it. And can we talk about how weird it is that they're phasing it out while releasing all these other casual games? What does that say about their priorities, lol? 
I guess only time will tell if we'll still be able to play New World for a bit longer... maybe? Hopefully? Fingers crossed!
