! Like, I get it, AT&T wants to defend itself against T-Mobile's shady marketing, but suing the entire NAD over this? That's just a huge cop-out
. The NAD is literally trying to keep the industry in check and ensure that companies aren't making false claims about their services... and now AT&T's all like "oh no, you're stifling my free speech"

And honestly, can we talk about how confusing this whole situation is? I mean, AT&T says it didn't mischaracterize the NAD decisions, but if that's really true, then why are they even referencing them in their ads in the first place? It just seems like a big grey area to me
