this is just insane! like, you're grieving over the loss of a loved one and the insurance company hits you with a 15% premium increase? no sympathy or support offered at all 
it's like they're taking advantage of someone who's already vulnerable. and the worst part is that they don't even have to explain why they're doing it, 'cause their pricing model is some trade secret nonsense
