For younger readers, Emma Chichester Clark's 'The Good Deed Dogs' is a heartwarming tale about three canine friends who attempt to help others but often cause chaos instead. But when they rescue a kitten, their good deed finally succeeds, and the book becomes an exuberantly charming read.

Auntie's Bangles by Dean Atta and Alea Marley is a poignant picture book about loss and remembrance. When Auntie passes away, her loved ones miss her dearly, especially the sound of her favourite jewellery. Eventually, Theo and Rama are ready to celebrate her memory by wearing her bangles and dancing together.

For wildlife enthusiasts, Michael Foreman's 'Grandad's World' is an absorbing story about Jack's adventures with his grandad in the woods and village pond. However, when rubbish pollutes the water, Jack and Grandad must work together to put things right.

The 'Jake in the Middle' series by Michael Catchpool is a gentle 5+ chapter book that follows Jake as he enjoys everyday adventures with his family. He visits the city farm with his grandpa and sets up a school museum, making it an engaging read for newly independent readers.

In space, Ben Davis's 'Postman Planet' pretends to be the best postman in the universe but is actually nine years old. With his part-robot dog assistant, he embarks on an urgent helium delivery to the Planet of Fluffy Unicorns while dodging Space Vikings who want to steal their cargo.

The 'Donut Squad 2: Make a Mess!' by Neill Cameron is another hilarious graphic novel sequel that follows Anxiety Donut and Dadnut as they try to celebrate their own special day. However, the aggressively savoury Bagel Battalion plans to banish them from their book in this fun and silly story.

Piu DasGupta's 'The Golden Monkey Mystery' is a thrilling 8+ historical adventure about Roma, who discovers a golden monkey near her Indian boarding school and must return it to its home. However, bandits on her tail and the curse of the Snakestone complicate things.

Rebecca Stead's 'The Experiment' is an imaginative sci-fi story about Nathan, who believes he's from another planet and lives with his family until they disappear. As Nathan questions everything he thought he knew, a moving coming-of-age tale unfolds.

For post-apocalyptic fans, Rebecca Orwin's 'The Monsters at the End of the World' is a gripping 9+ story that challenges what everyone knows about the sea monsters in Sunny's town. With empathy and curiosity as essentials, the book explores how to live together even in difficult times.

Katie Bernet's 'Beth Is Dead' is a compulsive and sometimes gory reimagining of Little Women as a modern YA thriller told from the perspectives of all four sisters. What would happen if one of them were murdered?

In 'Arcana: The Lost Heirs', Sam Prentice-Jones's whimsical graphic novel introduces us to Eli, who discovers the existence of witches and becomes part of the Arcana society. As he uncovers secrets about his past, he must face a curse rooted in history.

Petra Lord's 'Queen of Faces' is an ambitious 14+ fantasy debut that explores themes of survival, loyalties, and identity in Caimor, where people can pay to change their bodies. omg, i just found out about this new graphic novel 'Ghost Boys: The Graphic Novel' by Jewell Parker Rhodes 🤯 it's like, totally hauntingly powerful! tackling issues of racism, injustice & loss in such a heart-wrenching way... i feel like nathan's story is gonna be super emotional to read 📚💔

🤦‍♂️ Can we believe everything these reviews are saying? Like, what's with all the rainbows and sunshine? Newsflash: life is messy, just like those three canine friends in "The Good Deed Dogs" 😒. And don't even get me started on "Auntie's Bangles"... loss is real, folks, no need to sugarcoat it 💔. The 'Jake in the Middle' series sounds too easy-going for my taste... where's the grit? 🤷‍♂️

Omg I just read 'Postman Planet' 🚀🐶 and it's literally the most adorable thing since sliced bread! Ben Davis is so funny 🤣 and his part-robot dog assistant is everything 🐾💕. The Space Vikings are like, the best villains ever 👊💥. I'm obsessed with Anxiety Donut and Dadnut from 'Donut Squad 2: Make a Mess!' 🍩😂 they're just so relatable 🤣. But what I loved most about 'The Golden Monkey Mystery' by Piu DasGupta is how it explores cultural identity and the power of community 🌎💖. It's like, totally thrilling with bandits on Roma's tail 🏃‍♀️ but also heartwarming when she finds her way home ❤️.

omg i love these books 🤩! they all seem sooo good 📚, especially 'The Good Deed Dogs' and 'Auntie's Bangles'... I mean, who doesn't love a good dog story 🐶 or a heartwarming tale of loss and remembrance? 💔

omg i'm literally OBSESSED with 'Postman Planet' by Ben Davis 🚀📦 ben davis is the best author ever and his art style is insane!!! i've read that one like 5 times already and i'm still not tired of it 😂. can we talk about how Jake in the Middle by Michael Catchpool is literally the cutest book series ever? i love how Jake visits the city farm with his grandpa and they have these adorable adventures together 🐰🌳. i've already pre-ordered all the books in that series 📚💖

omg u guys i am literally OBSESSED with Petra Lord's 'Queen of Faces'!!! 🤩 I mean i've read like 3 books this week and this one is hands down the best! the world building is insane, especially how people can pay to change their bodies its so mind boggling. and ana as an assassin is literally my spirit animal!! 💁‍♀️🔪 the plot twist at the end i did NOT see coming!! 🤯

I'm loving all these new book releases! 📚 It's so great to see more diverse stories and genres out there. I think what really stands out is how relatable the main characters are - we can all imagine being in Jake's shoes, visiting the city farm with our grandpa 😊. And who wouldn't want to be on an urgent helium delivery to the Planet of Fluffy Unicorns? 🚀 It's amazing how these stories cater to different age groups and interests, too. Like, I'd love to dive into 'The Golden Monkey Mystery' for some historical adventure thrills! 🔥 But what really gets me is how the authors tackle tough subjects like loss, racism, and injustice in a way that's accessible and impactful. It's not always easy to read about these issues, but when they're done right, it can be truly life-changing 💖

omg i am literally so hyped about ben davis's postman planet!!! 🚀 i mean, who wouldn't want to be a part-robot dog delivery guy saving the universe? the whole concept is just genius and i love how it pokes fun at traditional sci-fi tropes while still delivering an epic adventure. and can we talk about that space viking villain though? 😂

omg i just saw these books listed and i am OBSESSED 🤩!! i've been looking everywhere for 'The Golden Monkey Mystery' by Piu DasGupta, thanks for the rec!! 😊 i need to get my hands on 'Ghost Boys: The Graphic Novel' too, sounds so powerful 💔 also, who else has read 'The Night I Borrowed Time' by Iqbal Hussain? 🤔
