$20 million is like nothing! The hospital staff should've at least warned Cynthia's family something was seriously wrong. 2 weeks of critical condition & no info? It's crazy! 
I don't get why they're trying to hide stuff... shouldn't be about hiding blame but finding out what went down so they can do better next time.
