Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold review: dust-resistant and more durable foldable phone

The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a foldable smartphone that offers a unique blend of phone and tablet functionality, dust and water resistance, and advanced AI features. The device runs on the same Android 16 software as other Pixel phones and introduces several new features, including Gemini chatbot, real-time translation for phone calls, and Magic Cue, which provides context-aware suggestions and information.

The camera setup is similar to that of previous Pixel phones, with a 48-megapixel main sensor, 10.5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 10.8MP telephoto lens, offering 5x zoom capabilities. The Fold also features two 10MP selfie cameras, including the Made You Look feature.

The phone is priced at £1,749 (€1,899/$1,799/A$2,699), which is significantly higher than other foldable smartphones on the market. However, it offers several unique advantages, such as dust and water resistance, a rapid charging system, and the ability to use both screens simultaneously.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold has received positive reviews for its performance, camera capabilities, and AI features. However, some reviewers have noted that the device is thicker and heavier than other foldable phones and that its battery life could be improved. Additionally, the phone's price tag may be a barrier for some consumers.

Overall, the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is an innovative smartphone that offers a unique blend of functionality and features. While it may not be the most affordable option on the market, it is worth considering for those who value advanced AI capabilities, high-quality cameras, and durability.

OMG I just got my hands on the new Apple watch 🕰️ and I'm absolutely loving it!! The design is so sleek and modern, and the fitness tracking features are insane! I mean, who needs a gym when you have this thing on your wrist? 🏋️‍♀️ But anyway, back to the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold... I don't get why they made it so expensive 🤑. Like, I know it's got some great features and all, but £1,749 is just crazy! 💸 How much of that money goes towards the production costs, do you think? 🤔

🤔 I'm not sure if it's worth the £1,749 price tag for this phone... I mean, yes it's durable and has a sick camera setup but that extra £500 is just too much for me. 🤑 And yeah I've read some reviews saying it's thicker and heavier than other foldable phones which doesn't sound ideal. But at the same time, I love the idea of having a phone AND tablet in one - it sounds so convenient! 💻 How about this tho... why not get two phones? One for everyday use and another just for video calls and reading? That way you could have the best of both worlds without breaking the bank 🤑.

I don’t usually comment but I gotta say, that phone is crazy expensive... £1,749 is like asking someone to pay for a tiny laptop 🤑. I mean, I can get a whole tablet for that price. And yeah, the camera capabilities are amazing and all that, but not worth breaking the bank over. That being said, if you're a die-hard fan of Google Pixel or just want the latest and greatest tech, then I guess it's worth considering... probably?

Ugh, don't get me wrong, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold sounds like an awesome device, but £1,749 is just crazy! 😂 I mean, who can afford that kinda cash? For me, it's a no-go. The trade-offs for those features and durability are too high. I'd rather have a regular phone with good specs at a fraction of the price. And what's up with the cameras not matching the standard Pixel 10 Pro? That's like having a top-of-the-line car that can't even take decent pics 📸🚗.

I'm so done with these new foldable phones. I mean, who needs a phone that doubles as a tablet? It's just going to make your pockets thicker and less comfortable 😒. And don't even get me started on the price - £1,749?! That's just ridiculous. You could buy like 3 of those other foldable phones that aren't made by Google and still have some cash left over 🤑. And yeah, I know the camera is good and all, but it's not worth the extra cost or the bulkiness. I'll stick with my regular phone, thanks 👍. The AI features are cool, I guess, but you can get similar stuff on other phones for a fraction of the price 💸. And seven years of software updates? Please, that just means it's gonna break more easily when you inevitably drop it 🤦‍♂️.

🤩 The new Pixel Fold is SO cool 📱💻! Who needs a tablet when you have a phone that folds in half? 😂 It's like having the best of both worlds! And the camera setup is still on point 🔥 5x zoom and all that jazz! 💸 But, £1,749 is a pretty penny 💸😬. I mean, it's worth it for all the tech and features, but not everyone can afford it 🤔. Still, if you're into AI and cameras like me 👀📸, this might be the phone for you 🎉!

🤔 £1,749 for this thing is straight up nuts 🤑. I mean, it's got some cool features like the AI stuff and the tablet screen, but who needs all that power when you can just carry a separate tablet, right? And the cameras are supposed to be better than regular Pixel 10 Pro, but that still sounds like an upgrade of sorts... not sure if it's worth the extra cash 🤑💸

.. think about what this phone really represents, you know? It's like a reflection of our own desires for versatility and convenience in our lives. We want to be able to switch between different modes – from phone mode to tablet mode – effortlessly. But is that really what it's all about? Is the desire for fusion and connection just a facade for something deeper?

And then there's this price point... £1,749! It's like they're saying, "Hey, we know you want this convenience and power, but are you willing to pay the premium?" What does that say about our values, right? Are we okay with splurging on things that make us feel good in the short-term, even if it means sacrificing some of our financial stability?

And let's not forget about the trade-offs. The phone is thicker and heavier, battery life could be improved... these are all compromises, aren't they? We have to weigh what we want against what we need.

Anyway, for those who can afford it, I guess the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a solid choice if you value innovation, high-quality cameras, and durability. But for the rest of us... maybe it's just a reminder that we're all in this together, even when we're trying to navigate our individual paths. 💡

omg i need a phone that does everything!! 😂 the idea of having both phone and tablet functionality is literally mind-blowing, like who needs a separate tablet when you can just fold your screen 🤯. and the camera setup sounds so good! 5x zoom is insane 📸 but at the same time, £1,749 is kinda outta my budget lol, idk if i can justify that price for a phone

I gotta say, this foldable phone is a game-changer 💻. The fact that it's like having a phone AND a tablet in one is so genius 🤯. I mean, who doesn't want the flexibility to switch between phone and tablet modes? And with that price tag, £1,749, it might be out of reach for some folks, but if you're looking for top-notch features and durability, it's worth considering 💸.

I'm also loving the AI features - Magic Cue is so cool 🤖. It's like having your own personal assistant built right into the phone! And with 7 years of software updates, you can bet that Google will keep this thing running smoothly for a long time ⏰. The camera capabilities are on point too, especially with that 5x zoom 💥.

My only concern is the price... I mean, it's steep 🤯. But if you're willing to shell out the cash, I think you'll be pretty happy with what you get 😊.

omg u gotta check out the new google pixel 10 pro fold 🤯 it's literally like having a phone AND a tablet in one device, and it's so pricey tho £1,749 is crazy lol 😱 but tbh i think it's worth it for all the features they packed into it - dust and water resistance, qi2 magnetic accessory support, great cameras, and it runs on android 16 which is super snappy 💻 plus you get seven years of software updates which is a total game changer 🤔 gotta say tho, some ppl might find it too thick and heavy, but overall i think it's a solid choice for anyone who wants a high-end device with all the bells and whistles 💸

omg u guys the pixel 10 pro fold is literally changing the game! i'm lovin' the phone/tablet combo, it's like having a laptop on the go 🤯 but yeah £1,749 is hella pricey even for me lol. i need to get my hands on this thing ASAP, i've been hearing great things about that magic cue feature 👀 and the cameras look fire 🔥 5x zoom is a total game changer! i'm not gonna lie, i was worried about the price, but if it's got all these cool features like gemini chatbot and real-time translation, it might be worth it 💸

I'm thinking the price is gonna be a major thing for people, I mean, £1,749 is insane! 🤑 But at the same time, you get so many cool features like that fast charging and water resistance... it's just one of those "it depends" situations, right?

🤔 the pixel 10 pro fold is defo worth it if u need a phone & tablet in one... i mean, who doesnt? 📱📺 the dust & water resistance tho is a major plus 🌟 but £1,749 is kinda steep even for me 💸

omg i just got my hands on the new pixel 10 pro fold 🤯 it's literally changing the game for me - the dual screens are so useful for multitasking and watching vids while i'm scrolling thru instagram 📸 but tbh, £1700 is like, a lot of money 🤑 i know i need to invest in tech that'll last me 7 years with software updates 💻 i've been using it nonstop since i got it back in feb and the camera has been insane - made you look feature is so cool 🤣 but yeah, i wish battery life was a bit better ⚡️ still, its worth every penny for the perf and features

Ugh, are u kiddin me? £1,749 is RICH!!! I mean, i get it, the phone's got some sick specs and whatnot, but come on, that price tag's laughable! I'd rather have a decent laptop for that kinda cash. And don't even get me started on the size & weight of this thing - sounds like a brick! Can u imagine tryin to carry it around in ur pocket? I swear, some ppl are just tryin to pull the wool over our eyes with these fancy foldable phones
