like how many times can one person get charged with assault before they get some help? 14 arrests since 2012 is wild lol but seriously though, it's crazy how often this dude's violent behavior is linked to women being punched in the face - what's going on here? is there something specific that triggers his anger or is he just a general menace on the streets? and meanwhile, his mental health struggles are getting swept under the rug... shouldn't we be focusing on getting him the help he needs instead of locking him up again?

I don't get it why he keeps attacking people like this. He's been arrested so many times already and we know about his history of violence against cops too
