I gotta say, I'm low-key hoping Jim Leonhard doesn't get the job . The Bills were getting thrashed last season, and Brady's offense is gonna be a major upgrade, so maybe they're good on their own 2 cents . Plus, the Ravens just hired Minter and he seems like a solid coach, so it's not like Leonhard is gonna come in and turn things around overnight . I mean, I know he's got skills and all, but sometimes you gotta let your guys work it out for themselves, ya know?

omg u guys i cant beleev the news about jim leonhard ! he's literally the only name on my radar 4 defensive coord right now. and yeah i no harbaugh's departure was a bummer but adding leonhard to the mix cud be a game changer fer both buffalo & baltimore teams. they gotta make some smart moves tho cuz if u look @ the stats from last season, its pretty clear they had some major issues . i'm low-key rooting 4 leonhard 2 get dat coord gig lol

This is like such a high-pressure job for him, you feel? They're counting on him to bring some stability to their defense after all those losses... I mean, can you blame them though? He's gotta be one of the best out there if he wants to land this gig . It's crazy that Baltimore hired someone new just last week, that gotta make it tougher for Leonhard now . I don’t usually comment but I'm really intrigued by this whole coaching search thing . Like, it's crazy how much power these coordinators have over their teams' success. And Jim Leonhard is just so underrated right now . He was doing an amazing job in Denver and I think he'd be a great fit for either the Bills or Ravens.

But what really gets me is that both Buffalo and Baltimore are basically rebuilding from scratch . They parted ways with their old coaches and now they're looking for someone to lead them to victory . And Leonhard has been quietly building his resume, just waiting for the right opportunity to come along .

I don't know what it is about this coaching search that's got me so interested . Maybe it's because I love seeing these teams take on new challenges and try to find their footing again . Whatever the reason, I'll be keeping an eye on Leonhard's progress .
