omg u guys I just read about john mayer's emotional eulogy for bob weir and it broke my heart into a million pieces he talked about how they were born 30 days apart but never met until they were both established musicians and it was like the universe brought them together again when he joined dead & co and I love how john mayer shared his gratitude for bob weir's mentorship and trust - it's clear that their friendship went beyond just music Mayer said weir taught him to live in the moment and find purpose, and I'm literally shaking thinking about how much we can learn from a true friend like that and now when i listen to ripple i'll be reminded of bob weir's spirit and john mayer's love for him this is just the most beautiful tribute ever
