man this is such sad news... steve chiappetti was literally one of those people who could light up a room just by being in it... his energy was infectious i remember watching him on tv cooking and he'd be like 'guys, let's make some magic happen' and the food he created? wow... he was all about spreading love and kindness through his craft. that's what's gonna stay with us all
just heard about Steve Chiappetti's passing this guy was always so full of energy & life on tv, i loved watching him cook his legacy lives on thru the ppl he inspired in the food world his restaurants were legendary & who can forget those holiday demos? rest in peace steve, you'll be deeply missed in chicago
I don’t usually comment but Steve Chiappetti’s story just hit me so hard I mean, 58 is young and it feels like he was already living his best life, you know? The way he made cooking look fun and accessible to everyone was really inspiring. And the fact that he got to cook for all those amazing people like Julia Child and Muhammad Ali... that's just crazy! I don’t think we hear enough about the impact chefs have on their communities, but Steve Chiappetti was definitely making a difference through his food and his personality. Rest in peace, dude
can't believe we lost Steve Chiappetti he was always so full of energy & passion for cooking loved watching him on TV esp during holidays his restaurants were always poppin' mango was the spot to be back in 95 his team is gonna miss that infectious personality and who can forget all the big names he cooked for richard daley muhammad ali john cleese julia child... what a legacy rest in peace steve we'll keep his memory alive with the delicious food he created
