OMG, this is so heartbreaking what's happening in el-Fasher is absolutely devastating. I'm literally crying thinking about all those innocent people who got killed or left without food or shelter. It's like a nightmare come true how can one army be so cruel to civilians? And the fact that many more are still trapped and can't get help is just terrible

I keep thinking if we can't even protect our own people, what kind of world are we living in? This is a huge wake-up call for us all, let's please do something to help those affected by this humanitarian crisis

this is just awful ... I cant even imagine what those people are going thru. 1,500+ people killed? that's like a city-sized number. and the fact that aid workers are saying "where are the others?" its just heartbreaking. i wonder if anyone from the RSF has been held accountable yet?

also, i read that 15k+ people arrived in Tawila in the past 48 hours alone... imagine having to leave everything behind and start all over again. what are we doing as a human beings?!

my heart goes out to those people living in el-Fasher right now its just horrific news I mean 1,500+ deaths is insane and the fact that they're still looted and not having access to basic necessities like food water and shelter is just heartbreaking

the situation sounds so dire with shelling and drones hitting civilians left and right its no wonder thousands are trying to escape to safer areas like Tawila but its sad that the number of people who made it out is "very small"

we need to do more to help these people and hold those responsible for their actions accountable I mean how can anyone just block aid shipments from reaching those in need? its just not right and I hope the UN does everything it can to scale up response efforts and bring some peace to this region soon

this situation in el-Fasher is absolutely heartbreaking . it's just unimaginable that 1500+ people have lost their lives due to the RSF's brutal actions . and the fact that many more are still trapped inside with no access to basic necessities like food, water, or medical care is just devastating .

i mean, can you even imagine having to flee your home with your kids after witnessing your 16-year-old son being killed ? that's what happened to hayat and her five kids. they saw so many dead bodies lying on the ground and wounded people left behind... it's just too much to handle.

and let's not forget about aisha, who was looted and left with nothing when she fled for her life . shelling and drones were happening all the time, and she had to hide in houses just to stay alive. it's like they're living in a war zone .

the UN is trying to do something about it, but it's not enough . we need to see some real action taken by the international community to stop this senseless violence and bring aid to those who need it most .

I'm kinda really shocked that aid workers are saying it's like, super small compared to the actual number of people who got out of there... Like, what if most of them did make it? You know, considering how many are still stuck inside? And, honestly, I think the UN's like $20 million allocation is a pretty decent start, but also like, not enough. We should be doing way more to help those people out... But at the same time, shouldn't we question whether all these aid workers are saying the RSF did these atrocities? Some people might think they're exaggerating or something...
