omg I'm watching this and it's like something out of a bad 90s cop movie you know when they'd always have these crazy chases where the perp would crash into a bunch of innocent people? it's wild how things haven't changed that much lol anyway this guy in Texas is supposed to be some suspect who evaded the cops and now he's crashed into multiple cars... I guess that's one way to get caught huh. I'm worried about those drivers, hope nobody got hurt 
. I remember watching all these intense police chases on TV when I was a kid and wondering how they didn't get hurt themselves. times haven't changed much, just the technology now they've got drones and stuff to help 'em out

turns out the dude had a foot injury which apparently made him kinda clumsy with the wheel
