I'm so inspired by John Arnison's story!
He's proof that you don't need to be tied down indoors to find solace and healing. I've been getting into photography myself lately, and it's been amazing for my mental health too. There's something about capturing the beauty of nature that just helps me clear my head and feel more grounded. I can imagine how therapeutic it must be for Arnison to spend hours perfecting each shot and immersing himself in the darkness of the night.
It's like he's found his own personal meditation practice, right there in the Yorkshire Dales.
