i mean, can u believe he was just chillin' near railroad tracks & no one thought to check on him? it's crazy how animals can get so neglected 
& then we have places like the PSPCA that come in to save their lives 
. i'm sure it wasn't an easy road for Fred to recover, but now he's getting the care he needs & eventually gonna find a forever home

I'm so glad Fred is getting the help he needs, but it's mind-boggling that someone could abandon him like that. I mean, can you imagine being in his paws for hours, maybe even days, without food or water? It's just heartbreaking. The PSPCA did an amazing job, though - those vets are heroes 
. And now we get to give Fred a second chance at life... it's a beautiful thing. I think we all need to be more mindful of the creatures around us and look out for each other (and them too)

. my parents had this one friend growing up whose dog used to get left outside in the cold for hours on end, it was heartbreaking... anyway i'm glad the PSPCA stepped in and saved fred, but you're right we need to do more as a community to look out for these poor animals

and idk what's more disturbing, the fact that fred was abandoned or how much he had to suffer before being found
