still think they'll bounce back tho, Grant Achatz is all about innovation 
I'm kinda bummed to hear that Alinea lost one of its Michelin stars 
. It's still an amazing restaurant and I love how Grant Achatz continues to push boundaries with his food 
. The loss of a star doesn't change the fact that it's a game-changer for modernist cuisine in Chicago 
. Smyth is still holding down the fort with three stars, so that's something to look out for
