I mean, can you believe what happened in Thailand?!
A crane just collapsed onto a train and it's absolute chaos! 32 people dead, hundreds injured... it's so senseless. I'm not surprised really though, I've been saying that their construction safety protocols are super lax for ages. Like, they need to get their act together ASAP. The high-speed rail project is supposed to be this big deal, but at what cost?
All this money and resources going into a project that's already got people dying on the job... it's just not right.
And don't even get me started on the train company. I'm sure they're totally gonna try to blame someone else or make excuses for their own negligence. But the truth is, they knew about the risks of this project and still went ahead with it. So yeah, blacklisting companies that keep having accidents is a great idea. They should be held accountable for their actions.
I mean, have you seen those construction sites in Thailand? It's like a war zone most of the time. I'm not saying they're all bad or anything, but they definitely need to step up their game when it comes to safety. This accident could've been prevented if they just followed the rules...
