Just seen the news about the border patrol commander gettin demoted after that whole mess with Alex Pretti... I mean, come on!
The guy was just tryin to do his job, but it sounds like he made some huge mistakes. Downplayin the severity of Pretti's death and all... not cool, dude

It's crazy how things can escalate so quickly, you know? One minute it's a tragic incident, next thing you know it's a full-blown controversy with protests and investigations galore
. I just hope they get to the bottom of what really happened and make sure justice is served

You gotta wonder how many people were affected by Bovino's actions, or lack thereof... Pretti was just tryin to help someone in need, and then he ends up gettin shot multiple times
. It's just heartbreaking, man

. Like, what even is an "imminent threat" to a healthcare worker trying to do his job? It's just a whole mess of bureaucratic BS and cover-ups 
. And now Bovino is getting demoted for it... about time, I guess 
. But the bigger question is how many more people like Alex Pretti are gonna get hurt before someone at the top actually does something about it
