I'm super nervous about this trial

. The prosecution's case just got so much weaker with the judge throwing out that gang evidence

. I mean, it's like they're saying "oh wait, we didn't actually know what we were talking about"

. It's gonna be a real challenge for them to find another way to prove Espinoza Martinez's involvement in Bovino's murder-for-hire plot. The whole thing just seems so suspicious

I've been following this case since it started, and I gotta say, the government's been kinda shady about it all

. First they drop charges on 14 defendants without even convicting anyone... that's just not right

. And now they're trying to wing it with this trial? It's gonna be a tough sell for them.
I'm hoping justice is done here and Espinoza Martinez gets a fair shake

. The whole "Operation Midway Blitz" thing has just got too much baggage on it, if you ask me

. Anyway, I'll be keeping an eye on this one
