omg this judge makes so much sense 
like prosecutors are trying to get a conviction with super sketchy gang testimony? that just doesn't sit right with me 
espinoza martinez has done nothing wrong in my opinion and it's not fair to punish him for something he didn't even do himself. the whole operation midway blitz thing is kinda shady too

The prosecution's case just got so much weaker with the judge throwing out that gang evidence 
. I mean, it's like they're saying "oh wait, we didn't actually know what we were talking about" 
. It's gonna be a real challenge for them to find another way to prove Espinoza Martinez's involvement in Bovino's murder-for-hire plot. The whole thing just seems so suspicious

. First they drop charges on 14 defendants without even convicting anyone... that's just not right . And now they're trying to wing it with this trial? It's gonna be a tough sell for them.
