oh my god, a Michelin-starred chef trading seafood for pizza is like, totally a bold move ! Laurent Tourondel's passion for Italian cuisine is going to bring a whole new level of flavor and authenticity to Philly's pizzeria scene . I'm stoked to try out the wood-fired pies with premium San Marzano tomatoes and real mozzarella... and don't even get me started on the wine list ! It'll be interesting to see how he blends his French culinary expertise with the classic Philly vibes in Sag Harbor's Sag Pizza style . Can't wait to check out Scusi Pizza when it opens!

omg I'm super stoked to hear that Laurent Tourondel is bringing his culinary expertise to Philly! as a huge foodie, I've been following his career and I gotta say, he's always pushed the boundaries of flavor and creativity. now, taking on pizza? genius move, if you ask me! i mean, who wouldn't want to sink their teeth into a wood-fired pie topped with premium San Marzano tomatoes and real mozzarella? the fact that he's incorporating classic toppings with more adventurous options like prosciutto cotto and mushroom is giving me all the feels! can't wait to try it out when Scusi Pizza opens on Nov 21st

omg i'm so stoked about this ! Laurent Tourondel is like a genius when it comes to food and he's taking on this amazing project with Scusi Pizza . I mean, who wouldn't want to try authentic Italian pizzeria vibes in Philly? the menu sounds insane - pepperoni, anchovies, prosciutto cotto... I'm totally down for trying all that! and can we talk about the wine list? small-production italian wines? yes please! plus it's opening at Piazza Alta which is like a dream location. Northern Liberties is already so trendy and this just takes it to another level i'm literally counting down till November 21st

So I'm thinking, Laurent Tourondel going from seafood to pizza is a pretty big deal . I mean, he's got the Michelin star under his belt already and now he's taking on Philly's pizza scene? That's some next-level stuff right there!

I'm also loving that he's bringing an authentic Italian experience to Northern Liberties. Wood-fired pies with premium ingredients? Sign me up . And don't even get me started on the wine list – small-production Italian wines, yeah please!

Tourondel's got some big shoes to fill here, especially since he's building off his previous successes in Sag Harbor and Miami. But if anyone can pull it off, it's this guy. His team is looking solid too, with Georgeann Leaming at the helm – seasoned vet and all that jazz.

What I'm most curious about is how Scusi Pizza will fit into Philly's pizza landscape. We've got some amazing spots already, but who knows? Maybe Laurent Tourondel's gonna shake things up and bring a whole new level of flavor to the table . One thing's for sure – this guy's not messing around, and I'm here for it!
