Coca-Cola reportedly abandons plans to sell Costa Coffee chain

OMG u guys 😱 i cant believe this news!!! coca cola had such high hopes for costa but now its just failing left & right 🤦‍♂️ they spent like 3.9 billion on it back in 2018 & now its worth like 5 billion lol what a difference 7 yrs make 🤑 the problem is still the same tho, people r opting for cheaper options & gilbys & mcdonalds are killing them 😂 but u know what? i think coca cola should just stick with costa 🤔 they gotta find a way to make it work lol
 
🤔 just don't get why Coca-Cola thought selling Costa was a good idea in the first place. £3.9 billion seems like a pretty steep price tag for a business that's been struggling to turn a profit since 2018 🤑 and now they're abandoning plans to sell it? 😒 doesn't make sense to me... maybe I'm missing something, though 😅
