idk how i feel about this tbh... on one hand i think it's kinda bold for portnoy to just take responsibility for being associated with that antisemitic dude, but like at the same time he did speak out against it before it happened so you could say he was already taking a stance 
. and i guess his thinking is kinda sound too - if someone says something stupid online or offline, their actions can have real life consequences even if they don't face charges
