Doubting U.S. resolve, Europe looks to bolster its own nuclear arsenal

idk about this... all of a sudden europe is turning its back on the us? what's really going on here? 🤔 these eu officials saying they're questioning america's commitment? that sounds like a pretty big deal but where's the evidence? i need some credible sources to back this up. france and britain can't just step in as the new nuclear guardians overnight. it's not that simple. what about the nato alliance? isn't that supposed to be the answer to all our security problems? 🤷‍♂️ also, what are these eu countries even doing by trying to get their own nuclear weapons? aren't they worried about proliferating? 🚫

🤔 I'm still thinking about this... We've been talking about how the US is not as strong as it used to be, and now we're seeing European nations take matters into their own hands 🇪🇺. It's like they're trying to break free from America's nuclear umbrella and find a new way to protect themselves. But on the other hand, isn't that just creating more instability in the world? 🔥 I mean, if Europe starts developing its own nuclear capabilities, doesn't that just escalate things? 🤯 And what about France and Britain's ability to provide an alternative? Are they really up for it? 🤔

And then there's Finland's Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen saying that the issue can be resolved within NATO... but is that even possible given how deep-seated these tensions are? 🤷‍♀️ I think we're just going to have to keep watching this situation unfold and see where it takes us. 💥
