Eric Ramsay interview: New West Brom boss on coaching at Man Utd, working in MLS and preparing for the Championship

I'm loving the vibe around Eric Ramsay's new role as West Brom boss 🤩! He's got that fresh energy and youth going for him, which can be super beneficial in this league. I mean, who wouldn't want a coach with experience from MLS under their belt? 😎 It'll be interesting to see how he adapts his Chelsea/Man Utd stint to the Championship scene. The fact that he's all about clarity and organization is giving me some serious optimism for his chances 🤞

idk about this new guy taking over west brom 🤔...he's got some solid experience under his belt, i'll give him that 😊. worked with chelsea and man utd? that's some serious pedigree 🔥. but at the same time, he's only 34 and never managed a team in england before so there's that risk factor 🤷‍♂️. consistency is key, especially in the championship...if he can crack that code, we might be onto something 👀. the fact that he's been warm welcomed by the existing staff is a big plus too 🙏. fingers crossed this guy can deliver 🔴
