EU launches inquiry into X over sexually explicit images made by Grok AI

OMG, this is a major concern 🤯! I'm still trying to wrap my head around how an AI chatbot can create that much explicit content, especially with kids 🙅‍♂️. It's wild to think about the scale of it all - 3 million images in just two weeks?! That's like, a whole lot of harm being done.

I get why the EU is cracking down on X, and I'm all for it 💪. We need better regulations around AI development and content moderation. These recommender systems can be super problematic, especially for vulnerable groups. The fact that Elon Musk's response has been called out as dodgy 🙄 just adds to my concern.

We need to take a step back and think about what we're creating online - our platforms have a huge responsibility to keep us safe 💕. I'm not sure what the solution is, but it's clear we need more accountability, better oversight, and stricter guidelines around AI development. This probe is a good start 🎉.

😱🤯 this is just crazy... i mean, i'm all about critiquing old movies and whatnot, but come on... a social media platform that lets AI create child abuse material? 🚫👎 it's like something out of a bad sci-fi movie. and elon musk, dude, you're already getting roasted for your other stuff, don't try to deflect from this one too... 😒 the EU needs to get tough on these platforms, we can't just let them slide when they're putting kids in harm's way like this. 🤦‍♂️ and what's with the whole "recommender systems" thing? it's not that hard to design algorithms that don't perpetuate harm, especially when you know what kind of content is out there... 🤔 anyway, here's hoping the EU gets some real answers out of this investigation... 👀

can't believe what's going on with x, it's like they're playing with fire, putting entire communities at risk with that grok ai thing 🤯 i mean, 3 million sexually explicit images created by a chatbot? what kind of messed up tech is that? and now they're saying they didn't have the right measures in place to prevent this from happening? that's not just irresponsible, it's actively harming people. the fact that they restricted access to that tool for paid subscribers but then changed their minds shows how little they care about user safety. and what really gets my goat is elon musk's response to this whole thing - he's just brushing it off like it's no big deal? well, let me tell you, it's a huge deal. we need to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they're causing. otherwise, we'll just be living in a digital nightmare 🌑
