i think this whole thing is super sketchy ... if they're gonna arrest ppl, can't we at least get some proof that they did something wrong? i mean, just 'cause someone's got an ice record don't necessarily make 'em a danger to society 
. and what about the impact on the community? my niece's cousin is from puerto rico and their family has been living in portland for yrs... now they're scared of ice agents showing up at their doorstep? that's just not right
