man I cant believe this 
HMRC's blunder is a total nightmare for that poor guy they took 6 years of his life with all those delays & excuses 
and now he needs to deal with being declared deceased just because of some technical error 
its even more shocking when you think about how many ppl might get affected by this kinda mistake 
especially with identity fraud & tax/pension status on the line
