The 6-5, 311-pound center from Marist boasts a unique distinction - having played in back-to-back CFP championship games for different teams. His Notre Dame career was marked by starting at center in a loss to Ohio State in last season's final. After securing his bachelor's degree in American studies, Coogan made the switch to Indiana, where he has been a key starter since taking over as center following an injury to Ashton Craig.

Coogan's experience in playing for Notre Dame has prepared him well for this year's title game.
