They need to find a way to execute in crunch time. I think it's about their decision-making and communication on defense. They're giving up too many easy baskets and it's killing them in the fourth quarter. 
Their offense is solid when Embiid's playing well, but they can't rely on just one guy to carry them through games. 
Maybe they need to work on their bench players more? I don't know, but something needs to change or they'll keep getting left behind.

his play was actually pretty solid last night but it's not enough if the rest of the squad can't step up. and what's with the defense? they showed some flashes but then just get outplayed by cleveland
