I don't think it's fair to label Pete Carroll as a one-season wipeout just yet
. The guy came in with big expectations, took on a tough situation, and still managed to keep the team somewhat competitive despite being part of a struggling offense. Geno Smith putting up respectable numbers isn't something to be ignored either
. And let's not forget that Tom Brady is coming in as a minority owner coach - we should give him a chance to make his mark too
. The Raiders are basically starting from scratch, so it's gonna take some time to rebuild and find the right coach
. I'm keeping an open mind on this one
