I don't think it's fair to label Pete Carroll as a one-season wipeout just yet 
. The guy came in with big expectations, took on a tough situation, and still managed to keep the team somewhat competitive despite being part of a struggling offense. Geno Smith putting up respectable numbers isn't something to be ignored either 
. And let's not forget that Tom Brady is coming in as a minority owner coach - we should give him a chance to make his mark too 
. The Raiders are basically starting from scratch, so it's gonna take some time to rebuild and find the right coach

. He's got so much experience, but clearly the system and players just weren't clicking for him in Vegas. It's not all his fault tho, they made some questionable trades and didn't bring in enough talent to support their QB
