Man sentenced to 8 years in prison for Center City carjacking

Ugh, 8 yrs is so harsh 🤕 I mean don't get me wrong, the guy deserves to pay for his crime but 8 yrs feels like a bit much... like he's gonna be out in 5 yrs and still causing trouble 🚫 Damon Bell's accomplices got off scot free 🙄 how about some time for them too? Plus, $14k in restitution is crazy 💸 that's like buying a whole new car 🚗
 
🚔😬 I'm just worried about the dude who got pistol-whipped... 8 yrs is a pretty hefty sentence, but I guess it's better than life, right? 😒 The fact that he had accomplices makes me think there might've been some bigger conspiracy at play. But hey, justice has been served and the community can breathe a sigh of relief 🙏. Still, you gotta wonder what the victim's life is like now... 🤕
 
Ugh, another case like this 🤯 I mean, I get it, someone's gotta be held accountable for their actions, but 8 years is a bit harsh don't you think? 🤔 The guy's already pleaded guilty and agreed to pay restitution... feels like he's getting off easy 🤑
 
I'm telling you, this guy was lucky to get 8 yrs, honestly I think he should've gotten more. The victim was literally pistol-whipped like 3-4 times 🤯, that's some serious violence right there. And for what? So Bell could get a sweet ride and some cash? Not worth it if you ask me. Plus the fact that he had accomplices makes it even worse... sounds like a real crew to me 👊
