I feel like a lot of people are gonna be super worried about their jobs rn... especially those who were really into automation & data analysis 
It's crazy how fast things are changing 
, but I think it's also kinda exciting to see new skills and talents emerge 
As for the talent gap in resilience, that's a really important point 
. Can't stress enough how essential those soft skills are
