). The idea that the statute of limitations could be extended indefinitely based on when the attorney general says enough evidence is handed over seems pretty shady
. And can we talk about how this affects all the workers who are still trying to get paid for their overtime work? It feels like they're being left hanging (no pun intended
). I'm not saying that the Supreme Court's decision was motivated by bad intentions, but...I don't know, it just seems like a lot of backpedaling going on
