gotta say i feel bad for mick mars, the dude was clearly going through some stuff with his chronic illness but at the same time you can't blame the band for trying to protect their image & legacy. 69 live shows missed and they had to make an example out of him? that's just harsh 
also gotta give it to nikki sixx, tommy lee, and vince neil, they stuck by each other & still manage to put on a killer show without mars. the arbitration decision is pretty clear cut but i think mars got a raw deal in the end

i guess you can say mötley crüe is taking control of their own destiny and it sounds like they're not messing around 
as a fan of the band, this makes me kinda sad that mick mars wont be able to perform with them anymore, but at the same time its good to see the band stand firm on their rights
