NYC could soon require graphic cautionary images in gun shops

it's about time new york city takes a stand on this , like, guns are killing so many people in this city already and it's getting out of hand , we need to do something to prevent these senseless shootings, especially when they happen at home where kids can easily access them , graphic warning labels might not be enough but at least it's a start , i'm all for the city enforcing stricter gun laws and educating people about the risks involved , hopefully this bill passes and we'll see some real change soon

omg I think this is such a good idea ! like how they're already making us show proof we aren't crazy before getting a permit, why not just slap some scary images on the guns too? I mean I know some people will be all "but what about gun rights" but come on guys, our lives are way more important than our Second Amendment entitlements . And honestly can you think of anything else that has a warning label and we're like "oh okay, cool, now I'm good"? Like cigarettes or something? Guns kill people, it's just basic math . Anyway, I'm all for this and I hope it helps reduce the insane amount of gun violence in NYC .

OMG u guys!! NYC is about to make guns less accessible in shops like that's a big deal!!! I mean think about it if ppl can just walk into a shop n buy any ol gun without even knowing the risks involved its literally crazy! And those stats are insane tens of thousands of deaths every year and it gets worse at home . Like why r we still havin to educate ppl on this stuff?? Can't we just make guns safer or just not sell them at all?!? The images r gonna be graphic but honestly its better than the truth some ppl dont wanna know but w/e nyc is tryna do somethn about it.
