Man... can't believe what happened in Queens . So they had a family thing goin' on at home and it turned into this crazy situation where the police gotta fire on someone. I mean, you feel for the officers but at the same time, that's some serious stuff . Poor guy's stable now after surgery, but what if he wasn't? . This is just somethin' that'll keep people talkin' for a while, ya know?
I don't know man... 22 and already dealing with mental health issues on top of this family drama? It's like, what's going on in that mind lol. And those officers, they gotta be shook after this. Firing multiple shots is crazy, even if the guy was threatening them. It's like, can't we find another way to resolve this without someone getting hurt? The fact that it escalated so quickly from a domestic issue to a gunfight is wild. Let's hope the investigation gets to the bottom of what really happened
I mean, come on... 22-year-old male with a history of mental illness just happens to be armed with a knife and starts a thing in his own home? It's not like he was going to hurt anyone... unless, you know, the cops were gonna fire on him. Which they did, apparently. I'm all for keeping people safe, but can't we find better ways than shooting first and asking questions later?
And what's up with the "actions were necessary" thing? That's just a fancy way of saying "we messed up." The family had called in for help because he was throwing glass, not because they wanted to create a shootout. This guy's got a history of mental illness, but we're not talking about fixing him here; we're talking about how cops handled the situation.
I'm all for transparency, but I'm more worried that this is gonna get watered down or spun in a way that makes it look like officers were justified when they might not have been. We need to be careful here...
