Measles outbreaks are getting worse worldwide. I mean, I'm all for living life and not being a total hermit, but do we really need more reasons to worry about germs? And now they're saying there's been over 1600 cases in the US alone?! That's crazy. What's next, a measles alert at every public place? It feels like everyone's just super paranoid about getting sick these days. I get that it's not good for you or whatever, but can't we just take some common sense precautions and be done with it? 
... Back in my day, we just got vaccinated and moved on with life 
. And now they're telling us to quarantine at home for three weeks? That's a bit much, right? 
. Measles is no joke, though - my grandma had it when she was a kid and it left her pretty scarred 
. We should all just take this seriously and get vaccinated already
