san mateo county should be super proud of itself for getting its first protected bike lane, but then again it only covers one block... like what a start? we need more than just a tiny little strip of asphalt to make our roads safe

they're always speeding, cutting off pedestrians and cyclists left and right... it's crazy! 
we need better infrastructure, not just more empty promises from councilmembers who don't really know what they're talking about 
. but at the same time, i get where ayden's family is coming from - the loss of that little kid is devastating
