Snapchat gives parents more info on who their kids are talking to

I don't know how my kid's got so many friends on Snapchat already 🤯... I mean, I'm glad they're connecting with people, but it's just crazy how fast they can accumulate those connections. It feels like just yesterday I was worrying about them texting and driving 😂. Anyway, this new feature is a great idea - having more info about who their friends are and what they're interested in will definitely help parents keep an eye on things. And now being able to see all the time they spend on Snapchat? That's just practical 🙏. It's like, I get it, they need some independence, but I want to know if my baby's safe online... that's just good parenting, you know? 😊

omg snapchat is finally listening to parents!!! i mean its not like they should be doing this in the first place lol but seriously these new parental control features are a game changer. i was so worried when my kid started using snapchat and didnt know what was going on. now im actually able to see who their friends are and even if theyre hanging out with people idk lol. its not just about monitoring but also making sure theyre interacting with good people. this is huge for parents who want to keep their teens safe online 🤩

🤔 i think it's a step in the right direction for snapchat to revamp their parental control features... they should've done this ages ago lol 😂 but seriously, providing more insight into kid interactions and time usage stats is gonna help parents make better decisions about what apps are safe for their teens 🙌. it's good to see them taking responsibility and addressing the concerns of parents 🤝. still gotta wonder if these changes will be enough to alleviate all the worries... but hey, at least they're trying 💯

so finally snapchat is listening to parents 🙌. i mean it's been a major concern that they're not being transparent enough with the family center feature. now they're adding more context to parent's visibility on who their kids are interacting with, which is a big win for safety and trust 👍. it's like they're saying "hey we know you're worried about your teens' online activity, and we're gonna give you more tools to keep an eye on them" 💻. and the new time usage stats are super helpful too - i mean who doesn't want to know exactly how much time their teenager is spending on snapchat 🤔? it's a big step in the right direction for snapchat, and i'm glad they're taking parental concerns seriously 👍

omg can u believe snapchat is finally listening to us parents?? 🤩 theyre really stepping up their game now that theyve had those issues with teens using the app inappropriately. having more insight into kid interactions is a total game changer, idk how i ever lived without this feature lol. and now its even more detailed like time usage stats and what features theyre using on the platform thats so cool! snapchat should get some serious props for making these changes. btw, can u imagine being able to see which of ur teens friends are really just trolls and which ones are actually cool?? 🤔

🤔 I'm not sure if this revamp of parental control features is a step in the right direction... Don't get me wrong, it's great that Snapchat is acknowledging safety concerns and trying to be more transparent, but let's be real, how many times can you reiterate "start a conversation" to a teenager who just wants some alone time? 😒 And what about when parents do try to have conversations with their teens, are they gonna get met with eye-rolling or deflection? 🙄 It's like Snapchat is trying to solve the problem of online safety without really addressing the underlying issues of social media addiction and the impact it has on mental health. Still, kudos for making some updates... but I'm still waiting to see if these changes will actually make a tangible difference 💯
