So I'm thinking, what really stood out to me about this whole thing is how much emphasis is being put on Geese's 'hauntingly beautiful' song "Au Pays du Cocaine". Like, it's definitely a unique sound, but I'm not sure if that's necessarily the band's strong point. I mean, have they actually released any other music besides this one album? They do seem to be building up some hype around their Coachella appearance, though! It'll be interesting to see how that all plays out...

OMG, I'm literally swooning over those goose guys! Their music is giving me all the feels, like "Au Pays du Cocaine" is literally my anthem rn I love how they brought that haunting elegance to SNL, it was so mesmerizing. And can we talk about their stage presence? Those four geese slayed the game! Their energy is infectious, you can tell they're all about that music life The fact that they've been building up this momentum over the past decade and now they're rocking Coachella and Bonnaroo is just insane I'm so hyped for their residency, get ready to rock out, folks!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole 'Au Pays du Cocaine' thing... it's like they're trying to be deep or something? Is that even possible in indie rock? Also, what's up with the name of their album? Getting Killed? Sounds a bit dramatic for a band that's not exactly known for being provocative. And don't even get me started on the title of this song... cocaine? Really? Is this some sort of metaphor or just a lazy attempt at intrigue?
