just watched that vid of the minibike chase and I'm shook... 
like what was goin on in that kid's head? 
he's already a teen, shouldn't he know better than to ride like a maniac? 
that deputy did his job right by intervenin', but it's so sad this kid didn't make it...here's a quick sketch of the chase:
