I'm not buying the idea that just because PIDC came in with a solid plan and vision, everything magically fell into place. There's gotta be more to it than that... some skeletons in those community members' closets? And what's really going on with all these new jobs and businesses moving in? Is this just corporate welfare or is Philly finally getting its due? The 25-year anniversary documentary better not sugarcoat the struggles they faced, or I'll be calling out PIDC for whitewashing history
