I gotta say, it's kinda wild that people thought those Na'vi outfits were just digital creations in the first place. Like, who wouldn't want to see a leather chest plate move in real life? 
Deborah L. Scott's team is genius for making those physical pieces and then scanning them up to create the digital versions – it makes total sense now that you know the process. The fact that they had to test every movement on film is wild, but I guess it's all part of making something realistic look like it was made from real stuff
