... I mean, can't the US just talk things out with Mexico instead of trying to starve Cuba of oil? 
They're basically creating a humanitarian crisis on purpose. I feel bad for the Cuban people, they don't deserve to suffer like this. And what's next, will they start blocking food supplies or something? 
It's crazy how one country can cause so much suffering with just its actions. The UN should do more to stop this, it's like they're just sitting around waiting for things to get really bad before they act...
