Underwear optional? The health pros and cons of going commando

I don't usually comment but... I'm kinda curious about this whole commando thing 🤔. Like, if you're really comfortable not wearing underwear, is that really enough to warrant giving up on the benefits of undergarments? I mean, my grandma always wears a pair of stretchy long johns and she's still got it goin' on 😂. On the other hand, I can see how some people might get irritated or develop fungal infections if they're not wearing anything at all.

But what really gets me is when people say that underwear can be a source of irritation 🤯. I don't think anyone would argue with that, but isn't it more like... you gotta choose between the devil and the deep blue sea? Like, do you wear something that might make your crotch itch, or go commando and risk getting an infection? It's all pretty subjective in my opinion 🤷‍♀️. I think what matters most is just being comfortable with yourself, no matter what you're wearing 💁‍♀️.

🤔 I mean, have you seen the data on sweat buildup when you're going commando? It sounds like a recipe for fungal infections 🧹. I'm not saying it's a bad idea to ditch your underwear, but isn't there some risk of bacterial or yeast infections when you're not wearing anything under your pants? 🤷‍♂️

I also don't get why the experts are so split on this. Either go commando or wear underwear, right? But no, apparently it's all about individual circumstances and what feels comfortable for you. Comfort is one thing, but what about hygiene? 😬

I mean, if you want to go commando, that's your thing 😎... but for those of us who value our personal space, it's nice to have some extra protection against, ahem, unwanted situations 🤫. And let's be real, who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned diaper change after a workout? 💪 Not exactly the most glamorous topic, but someone's gotta bring it up 😉.

Interesting 😂 I've seen people go commando at music festivals and stuff like that, but never thought about it being a thing people do in daily life. For me, as long as you're comfy and not sweaty, why bother? But for ppl with specific medical conditions or after exercise, it makes total sense to wear undies 🤷‍♂️

I'm literally obsessed w/ this topic!!! 🤣 going commando sounds like a super comfy thing but I've been reading about it nonstop and I'm still not convinced... like what about all the sweat buildup? isn't that gonna lead to infections or something? 😷 I also read that boxers can actually help with sperm count but I don't know if that's true for everyone 🤔 on the flip side, I did see some vids of people going commando and they seemed so relaxed and happy... idk maybe it's just the freedom from restriction 🕊️ or something?

idk about going commando lol but i think its more about feeling comfy in your own skin 🤷‍♀️💁‍♀️. like if you're having a chill day at home or just lounging around, skip the undies and see how it goes 🙅‍♂️. on the other hand, if you're out and about or engaging in sports, i guess wearing some form of underwear would be more practical 👕. personally i think its all about finding that balance between comfort and functionality ⏰.
