I just got back from the most epic winter getaway to Northern Ireland

️

and I'm still buzzing from the adventure! The coastal scenery was simply breathtaking - who needs the Caribbean when you've got the dramatic grey skies and icy winds of the Antrim coast

. I stayed at Ballygally Castle, which was like stepping back in time with its 400-year-old vibes and hot-water bottles

. And the views? Absolutely stunning, especially on Windswept Sallagh Braes - it's like the Game of Thrones crew knew what they were doing when they filmed there

.
I also fell in love with Glenarm Castle and its butler-led tours - so cool to explore such an iconic spot. And Portrush Adelphi hotel? Luxe without being stuffy, especially with those gin miniatures from the Basalt distillery

. The Gobbins cliff path was insane, too - I'm still trying to process that rainbow over the fields

.
What really made this trip special, though, were the little moments like watching coral-legged turnstones scramble at dawn or sipping homemade soup with views of the sea at Babushka café

. If you're looking for a sustainable break with some serious wow-factor, Northern Ireland's your best bet - trust me, I've been invigorated by that icy dip in the sea
