. I've been following the Indian women's cricket team all tournament and they've been on fire 
. But I gotta say, the South African team is looking pretty strong too 
. One thing that really gets me is how underrepresented women are in leadership positions in cricket 
. I think it's time we saw more women in key roles like coaches and selectors, don't you? 
As for my dream team, I'm gonna go with a mix of players from different teams
. Alyssa Healy would definitely be my opener, she's on fire . Then I'd choose Smriti Mandhana as my other opener, she's got that deadly instinct 
. My middle-order all-rounder would be Ash Gardner from Australia, her bowling skills are insane

her strike rate of 74.75 is pretty low considering most batsmen are above 100. I mean what can she bring to the table besides being a good all-rounder?
