Would-Be Iran Monarch Reza Pahlavi Declares a Civil War in Iran

Ugh, I'm getting so tired of these Twitter drama platforms . Can't Pahlavi just make a video message in peace? No, he has to go and tweet it out like some sort of attention-seeker . And now everyone's taking sides, which is just exacerbating the situation. I mean, I get that he's trying to stir up change, but does he really have to involve Trump in all this? It's just going to give the Iranian government more ammo to discredit him...and honestly, it's not like Pahlavi has a great track record of being transparent about his intentions anyway . Can't we just have a respectful conversation about this stuff without resorting to grandstanding or trying to rally support from foreign governments?

omg u guys i cant even process what's happening in iran rn Reza Pahlavi just declared a civil war and it's like who is he kidding? his dad was the shah and he got overthrown for a reason, like, the people didn't want a bunch of rich dude rulers telling them what to do anymore. but now he's trying to come back into power like that's gonna be a good idea? the protesters are already getting killed and injured and he just wants us to keep fighting? it's so messed up.

and what's with his video message on twitter? is he serious or is this all just some publicity stunt to get attention? i mean, calling out trump? like that's gonna make a difference. we need real change not just some rich guy in the usa trying to tell us how to live our lives. and the fact that people are taking him seriously is wild... some of my friends are actually supporting this civil war thing now but honestly im just scared for iran's future

oh man this guy Reza Pahlavi just threw a huge wrench into the works in Iran like what was he thinking declaring civil war? I mean I get why some ppl wanna see change but like come on this could be super disastrous for the country. The gov't is already struggling and if Reza's movement just escalates things even more, it's gonna be a bloodbath

And can we talk about how sketchy his whole "US President Donald Trump" thing was? Like what does he think is gonna happen there? And doesn't he know that the US already has a ton of issues with Iran? This just seems like a huge PR stunt to me.

I'm also super concerned about what this means for the people in Iran who are just trying to survive. They don't need some dude from the royal family telling them how to run their country, they need stability and security

this whole thing just feels so... familiar like we're stuck in some sort of cycle where power-hungry individuals try to exploit people's desires for change, only to perpetuate more harm and unrest. Reza Pahlavi's declaration is just the latest chapter in a book that's been written over and over again, with no clear resolution . I'm not buying into his narrative of savior complex and I think it's time we stopped believing that some charismatic leader will single-handedly solve Iran's problems . We need to focus on building a more nuanced understanding of the complexities at play, rather than getting caught up in simplistic narratives or hero-worship .
